Be-Rex B.V. values protecting your privacy. The personal data we obtain and/or collect will be processed in accordance with the law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Be-Rex BV employees have access to your personal data with the execution of the activities. Access to personal data is only possible if this is necessary for the employee to perform his or her work.
In the future, Be-Rex B.V. may use third parties to support its business organisation, where personal data is processed. If Be-Rex B.V. will engage such "processors", Be-Rex B.V. All information is treated confidentially and is stored on secure servers, and Be-Rex B.V. has, among other things, ensured encryption of data and encrypted communication and confidential treatment of the data.
Persons acting on behalf of Be-Rex B.V. who have access to your data are, as indicated above, bound to secrecy, and Be-Rex B.V. requires the same technical and organisational measures from its processors and has laid this down in processing agreements.
Any data leaks will be documented and reported (in a timely manner) to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and, where necessary, to you personally in cases where this is necessary under the GDPR and/or other legislation.
Be-Rex B.V. does not store the data longer than necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was obtained, unless retention of this data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation of Be-Rex B.V.

Be-Rex considers it important to point out that the rights described above are not absolute rights and that under certain circumstances Be-Rex cannot comply with a particular request. We will assess each request individually based on the concrete circumstances, and if Be-Rex cannot respond to a specific request, it will inform you about this and state reasons.
If you do not agree with our decision, you can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or submit it to the court. The right to object to the use of data for (direct) marketing purposes is, however, absolute and we will accept a request to no longer receive advertising messages from Be-Rex.
